This was my first time ordering from this company and I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly they came. I reached out prior to ordering and got a response quickly, as well as a message letting me know when my order had shipped! The only issue I've had is the the lashes are very difficult to get off the strip. The tacky part of the strip separates from the rest of the paper and makes it hard to pull off a fan without mangling it. This has been consistent throughout the 10 trays or so I've opened. Not sure if this was a bad batch, but for the price I will likely order again and hope it's not the case next time! The lashes themselves are very soft and lightweight, and easy to fan if you can get them off the strip in one piece!
